Mindfulness Tools
Anchor Your Attention
I know that you want to spend more time living in the present moment. To do that, you need mindfulness tools that can help anchor your attention. The problem is, you don’t always feel successful when you practice mindfulness. It makes you feel like, “well, maybe it’s just not for me.”
I believe that it definitely is for you, and you should never feel like you’re failing at it. However, I also understand how it feels not to know where to start or wonder if you’re doing it “right.” This is why I teach easy-to-use mindfulness tools that help you reap the benefits of living in the here and now. Here’s how it works.
The Sport of Mindfulness (Coming September 2025)
The Sport of Mindfulness Curriculum

The Sport of Mindfulness brings an element of healthy competition to the programming which creates a more engaging and enthusiastic learning environment. The program also provides students and families with tools to talk about their emotions and practice mindfulness in the home and community.

The program aims to support leadership team members to implement self-care practices and accountability systems into their workplace.
Mindful Family Night
Mindful Family Night is designed to provide elementary school students and their families with an opportunity to practice mindfulness, engage in fun, family-oriented competitions, and share in exercises that promote physical and mental well-being. This virtual event encourages families to bond through movement, gentle stretching, breathing techniques, and stillness, all from the comfort of their own home.
